Job summary

Tarmac, part of CRH, is seeking an accomplished Programme Manager to lead Project Falcon, a major transformation across order, dispatch, and ERP platforms. You will own end-to-end delivery, align business and technology workstreams, and report to senior leadership.

You will shape governance, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful deployment with a focus on customer experience, operational continuity and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Proven track record with SAP/ERP projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery from design to deployment.
• Drive cross-functional teams across business design, ERP, data and testing.
• Ensure requirements translate into integrated, deployment-ready solutions.
