Job summary

CRH, via its Tarmac UK division, seeks a skilled Project Planner to own the programme schedule for Project Falcon. You will coordinate detailed workstream plans across business, technology, data, testing and change, ensuring accurate sequencing and baselines.

The role requires proactive risk reviews, strong governance reporting, and clear stakeholder communication. The position supports a large-scale transformation with hybrid remote and on-site elements, working alongside senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• Detailed project scheduling experience required.
• Strong ability in critical path analysis and scheduling complex programmes.
• Milestone tracking and dependency management experience.
• Recovery planning and scenario modelling capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills; able to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated project schedule for Project Falcon.
• Develop and integrate detailed workstream plans across business, data, tech and change.
• Manage task sequencing, dependencies, calendars, milestones and baselines.
• Update progress and forecasts from delivery leads and reflect status changes.
• Produce governance-ready planning insights and schedule reports.
