Job summary

Tarmac is seeking a skilled Project Planner to drive the Project Falcon schedule within a large transformation programme. You will own the integrated plan, coordinate across business, technology, data, testing, change and readiness streams, and ensure clarity of delivery commitments to senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience in detailed scheduling, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in detailed project scheduling and schedule governance.
• Ability to analyse critical paths and manage risks.
• Experience with multi-workstream programmes.
• Proven ability to present complex plans to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and maintain the integrated project schedule.
• Develop detailed workstream plans across domains.
• Track milestones, dependencies and baselines.
• Provide governance reporting and schedule insights.
• Support RAID management through schedule impact analysis.
