Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living seeks an Intake Specialist to coordinate the intake process for individuals referred to its services. You will screen applicants, gather information, and ensure admissions or referrals are completed efficiently. You will represent Beacon to referral sources and attend meet-and-greets to promote services.

Your role includes updating the CRM, generating intake reports, and maintaining data accuracy to support service delivery and compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of admissions experience in health care or human services setting.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English.
• Approved to work within BSLS programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake procedures for referrals and admissions.
• Organize and perform timely intake procedures and collect documents.
• Serve as liaison to referring parties and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain a database for referral information and generate reports.
• Pre-screen applicants against criteria and inform on eligibility with reasons.
• Update CRM promptly and ensure data accuracy.
• Promote Beacon’s mission and core values in daily work.
