Job summary

The Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a Home Admissions Advisor for The Gables in Hagley. This full‑time role focuses on driving sales and marketing, meeting budget targets and maximising occupancy at the luxury 61-bed home.

You will handle enquiries, coordinate events, build professional links in the community and manage the admissions pipeline to maximise revenue. A proactive, customer‑facing mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Decisive, self-motivated, proactive and adaptable.
• Able to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Update the Sales and Marketing activity database and produce reports daily/weekly.
• Co-ordinate input from all team members and respond to enquiries.
• Assist at events and exhibitions; chase information and leads.
• Record and follow up sales leads to meet targets.
• Maintain pipeline data on potential residents to maximise revenue.
• Develop external relationships with community and care influences.
• Cover Sales & Marketing office seven days, including weekends/evenings.
