Job summary

Bradford College is seeking an Admissions Lead to oversee the admissions and enrolment team, ensuring efficient, accurate processing from application through to enrolment.

You will ensure data integrity, compliance with funding streams, and delivery of high-quality information, advice and guidance to applicants, while driving recruitment KPIs. Interviews are scheduled in October as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience with admissions processes and enrolment
• Understanding of funding streams (ESFA/HE funding)
• Experience in customer-focused environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions and enrolment team operations
• Ensure robust data integrity and compliance across processes
• Provide information, advice and guidance to applicants
• Coordinate interviews, applicant days and enrolment sessions
• Manage recruitment targets, reports and forecast admissions
