You will manage referrals, keep CRM records, arrange appointments, handle enquiries and provide essential admin support, helping service users receive timely help and contributing to smooth service operations.

• Support the services team, including nurses, therapists and counsellors, ensuring people accessing our services receive a responsive, professional and compassionate experience.
• Manage referrals and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Arrange appointments and meetings, handle enquiries, and provide essential administrative support across the Services Team.
• Help ensure service users receive timely support while contributing to the smooth running of our services.
