DXC Technology is seeking a Software General Manager for Insurance Software in the UK. You will own high‑value customer relationships, drive long‑term value, and work across DXC to deliver outcomes for clients in Commercial & Specialty and Lloyd’s markets.

You will engage with C‑suite stakeholders, shape account plans, manage end‑to‑end customer experiences, and assume responsibility for contracts, renewals, and forecasting while collaborating with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams.

Qualificações

• Proven track record in managing strategic, high-value customer relationships.
• Experience in insurance software and related markets is essential.
• Strong commercial acumen with renewals, revenue and forecasting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own and develop a portfolio of strategic Insurance Software customer relationships.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of the customer experience and ensure value delivery.
• Develop strategic account plans focused on customer success, retention and growth.
• Lead governance and be the primary contact for senior stakeholders.
• Take commercial responsibility across accounts including contracts, revenue and invoicing.
