- Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Service Delivery or Programme Delivery.
- Knowledge of insurance industry, financial services, or enterprise software environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships and become a trusted partner to key stakeholders.
- Support the successful delivery of insurance software services and programmes.
- Help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
- Monitor service performance and contribute to governance, risk management, and continuous improvement activities.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Delivery, and Pre-Sales to meet customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to bring additional value and innovation to customers.
- Support commercial discussions, forecasting, and account planning.
- Lead customer meetings, workshops, and service reviews.
