Qualifications

• Deep insurance market knowledge and workflows.
• Excellent consulting and communication skills.
• Ability to translate client needs into solution designs.
• Experience leading discovery workshops and responding to RFIs/RFPs.
• Strong presentation and executive briefing abilities.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to identify and shape new opportunities.
• Lead discovery workshops to understand objectives and requirements.
• Translate needs into high-level solution strategies and designs.
• Support responses to RFIs, RFPs, and proposals.
• Deliver impactful demonstrations and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams.
• Contribute to thought leadership and industry events.
