Job summary

DXC Technology in the UK is seeking an experienced Application System Support Manager (SQL / Insurance Systems) to lead an international team delivering insurance software solutions across London Market, General Insurance and Health Insurance clients.

You will oversee SLA delivery, issue resolution, release planning and client reporting while mentoring staff and ensuring high service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in insurance practices or systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead international support team delivering insurance software.
• Manage SLA delivery, issue resolution and client enhancements.
• Plan releases, reporting and invoicing.
• Mentor colleagues and deputise for the Support Manager.
• Coordinate resource planning and performance management.
• Collaborate with development, QA and client teams.
