You will drive adoption of Smart Apps, manage executive relationships, and align solutions with clients' long-term goals.

You will influence product direction, collaborate with Product, Delivery and Implementation teams, and help shape the future of AI-enabled insurance workflows while ensuring measurable business

Qualifikationen

• Several years in Customer Success or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of London Market insurance operations and workflows.
• Experience working with brokers, carriers, MGAs, or delegated authority businesses.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and influence executive audiences.
• Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS, workflow, or digital transformation solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
