Gallagher are looking for ambitious Sales Specialist’s to join Vasek Insurance, a growing Gallagher brand based in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team where you'll build relationships with insurance brokers, support policy renewals and play a key role in retaining existing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is beneficial.
• Confident speaking on the phone and outbound/inbound calls.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude, resilience and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Contact brokers ahead of policy renewals and discuss ongoing insurance requirements.
• Handle inbound/outbound activity, manage call queues and meet SLAs.
• Build strong broker relationships through regular calls and excellent service.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow existing business.
• Understand broker needs and coordinate with internal teams for best outcomes.
• Accurately record customer information across multiple systems.
