Qualifications

• Dip CII/Cert CII preferred.
• A-Level standard or equivalent with knowledge of general insurance products.
• Strong knowledge of London Market, Lloyd's and industry network.
• Due diligence in administration, policy documents and processes.
• Excellent client service focus; the customer is always your top priority.
• Generate and drive new business using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity with outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
• Continually build your industry knowledge and development.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Control the renewal process for your clients. Gather information from Clients and Prospects using superb communication skills.
• Maintain and grow your book of business by pursuing and securing new business leads.
• Openly discuss renewal terms with customers and coordinate with brokers for competitive terms.
• Visit clients as appropriate, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
• Assess account queries and credit control matters, resolve efficiently and escalate as needed.
• Identify and act upon new-business opportunities, using sound judgement to recommend them.
