Gallagher is seeking individuals for Sales and Renewals in our insurance team based in Romford. You will assist customers by identifying policies that fit their needs, leveraging your communication skills to build rapport with existing clients.

The role offers full training and progression opportunities within a supportive, world-spanning organisation. These are full-time, permanent positions with structured training over 8 weeks.

Qualifications

• Previous call centre experience is not necessary but desirable.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferable.
• You will enjoy speaking to people and use outstanding communication skills on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find insurance policies that meet their needs.
• Work with Caravan, Motorhome, Car, Home and Pet Insurance schemes.
