Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Insurance Account Executive in the United Kingdom to manage renewals, grow the client book, and build strong broker relationships within a leading global insurance, risk management and consulting firm.

You will deliver outstanding client service, coordinate with internal teams, and travel as required while contributing to a collaborative, people‑first culture with integrity.

Qualifications

• Chartered Insurance Institute qualification (Dip CII/Cert CII) or equivalent
• Strong understanding of general insurance products, services and classes
• Knowledge of the London Market and Lloyd’s
• Excellent administrative skills and accuracy
• Proactive and client‑focused with strong communication

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process for clients and discuss terms
• Grow your book of business by identifying new opportunities
• Build relationships with brokers to access competitive terms
• Visit clients to showcase service excellence
• Handle account queries and credit control matters and escalate when needed
