Job summary

NFU Mutual in Redditch is seeking a Customer Service Adviser to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle new sales enquiries, policy changes and claims, with proactive, friendly support.

The role includes admin tasks, preparing files, and processing renewal documents. Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, you will build knowledge of NFU Mutual products, identify cross‑selling opportunities, and deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good IT skills and ability to multitask in a busy office.

Responsibilities

• Administration duties including preparation of files and reports.
• Processing and dispatching renewal documentation.
• Responding to customer enquiries over the telephone.
• Supporting customers that visit the office.
• Identifying and calling prospects to offer NFU Mutual products.
