NFU Mutual Agency in Bishop Sutton is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Adviser on a full-time basis (35 hours weekly) with a starting salary up to £28,000, dependent on experience. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with potential for hybrid homeworking 1 day per week after probation.

You will help customers with midterm policy changes, take home/motor quotes, introduce financial services and handle household claims.

Formación

• Insurance experience preferable.
• Confident telephone manner with customer service experience.
• Comfortable working with IT and in an office environment.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Local within an hour of Bishop Sutton office.

Responsabilidades

We champion the personal approach to customer service that NFU Mutual are famous for.Due to internal promotions and expansion, an opportunity for an additional Sales & Customer Service Adviser has arisen within the North Somerset and Chew Valley Agency, based in Bishop Sutton.About the role:As a member of our Sales and Service Team, you will help customers make changes midterm to their existing policies for all personal and motor lines of insurance, along with managing and directing calls and correspondence; process and manage accounting transactions. You will also take incoming requests for home and motor insurance quotations, selling our award-winning insurance, introduce our financial service provision and intimating household claims.
