Our client is a fast-growing, global Investment Management firm that is recognized for their collaborative culture. They are now looking to add an enthusiastic and driven Institutional Relationship Manager to join their high-performing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis in London.

The Institutional Relationship Manager will take responsibility for the following duties:

• Leading the relationships with a large book of Institutional clients, serving as the key point of contact for any and all requirements.
• Providing comprehensive insights into fund performance and the firm’s wide array of investment strategies.
• Regularly meeting with clients, discussing financial market trends and identifying opportunities to cross-sell.
• Promptly resolving client queries and issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Updating CRM systems to reflect actions taken to promote relationships and progress.

The Institutional Relationship Manager will meet the following skillset:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a Relationship Management role within Investment Management.
• Demonstrated understanding of the complex relationship management requirements of institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of market trends across a diverse array of products – particularly fixed income and equities.
• Confidence to engage with a diverse range of departments and strategic partners.
