Job summary

Daikin UK Ltd is seeking a Field Based role covering the Southeast of England to develop and execute a business plan that expands our ASHP installer network and grows our reach in renewable heating solutions. You will identify and engage potential installers, promoting the advantages of partnering with Daikin, and host breakfast meetings and attend trade shows with our Daikin Sales Van.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Develop and execute an effective business plan to expand and grow our ASHP installer network.


• Adopting highly personable skills, to identify and engage with potential new installers,promoting the advantages of becoming a Daikin installer.


• Pro-active prospecting by hosting industry breakfast meetings and attending trade show events with our Daikin Sales Van.


• Nurture new installers by collaborating with the Residential Hub & Technical Training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.

About You:

• Confident, ambitious and self-motivated to build relationships.


• Excellent ability at influencing early stages, in order to build a solid pipeline of new installers across the region, by showcasing the benefits of partnering with Daikin.


• A basic understanding of air source heat pumps and the wider heating industry, would be highly advantageous.


• Flexible and dependable individual, willing to travel across the region, as required daily.
