You will coordinate schedules, plan workloads and ensure customer appointments stay on track, working closely with Field Line Managers to prevent issues and deliver a seamless service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch engineers to customer appointments, ensuring correct assignment.
• Balance workloads and keep diaries up to date to maintain productivity.
• Coordinate customer visits from start to finish, confirming details and planning ahead.
• Collaborate with engineers and managers to resolve issues quickly.
• Support the team by coordinating schedules, materials, and follow-up visits.
