Job summary

Control Group is seeking an Install and Delivery Co-ordinator within the Operations department. The role supports close collaboration with Engineering, Admin and Procurement, serving as the operational engine behind project execution and ensuring milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and to standard.

This role will bridge the transition from signed quote to final site handover, converting quotes into technical handover documentation, and coordinating engineering resources and logistics

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience within engineering, technical services, construction, or operations-heavy sectors.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
• Ability to read, interpret, and convert technical scopes or commercial quotes into structured operational documentation.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, project management software, and CRM platforms.
• Clear, confident interpersonal skills to liaise between senior management, engineers, and external clients.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple concurrent project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Process won sales quotes into new jobs within the CRM.
• Create and distribute technical forms and documentation, including job packs for the engineering team.
• Coordinate engineer’s weekly rotas in line with project delivery requirements.
• Ensure site schedules and deliverables align with ‘as sold’ commitments.
• Manage customer expectations for engineer/install dates and act as liaison between office operations and field engineers.
• Work with Ops Director to identify project delivery risks and streamline workflows.
