Focus Group is seeking a Remote Delivery Coordinator to join its Service Delivery team in the UK. The role combines planning deliveries, coordinating resources, and ensuring customers receive a smooth service, with hybrid working and a permanent contract.

You will review orders, schedule installations, keep stakeholders informed, and resolve issues to keep projects on track. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, with a proactive, customer‑facing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan each installation, coordinate resources and keep teams informed of timelines.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure they feel supported throughout the process.
• Spot risks, tackle issues promptly and involve the right people when needed.
• Collaborate across the business to deliver a smooth, professional customer experience.
