As a leader in our industry, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Team Manager to oversee, coach, and drive the performance of our Inside Sales team selling SaaS software to the UK and US markets. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a proven sales background to inspire the team, implement best practices, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. You will play a critical role in ensuring our team delivers outstanding service to clients while achieving ambitious growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives.
  • Provide coaching to the team.
  • Set individual and team goals aligned with overall company objectives and targets.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs, ensuring accountability and motivation.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, strategies, and best practices.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, celebrating successes and addressing challenges proactively.

Sales Strategy Execution

  • Work closely with senior management to implement sales strategies and initiatives to achieve targets.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Ensure the team follows established sales processes and adheres to company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on campaigns and lead-generation strategies.

Customer Engagement

  • Act as a point of escalation for customer issues or concerns and pricing/negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service is delivered at all stages of the sales process.

Training & Development

  • Onboard and train new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
  • Conduct ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.
  • Identify skill gaps within the team and create tailored development plans.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales and/or a sales call center.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS sales processes and environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire a team to perform at their best.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Hubspot and CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
