Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience in inside sales, customer service or a sales support role.
• Background within electronics, semiconductors, electronic components or a manufacturing/distribution environment desirable.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent English; an Eastern European language would be advantageous.
• Commercial/business qualification or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage new customer opportunities through the company's quoting and design registration systems.
• Review and follow up quotes, samples and design registrations with sales teams and distributors.
• Act as a key interface between customers, distributors and internal teams.
• Approve distributor design registrations within agreed thresholds.
• Analyse distributor sales reports, forecasts and historical data to identify opportunities and lost business.
• Report on new business opportunities, sales wins and lost business.
• Support distributor meetings, training events and trade shows.
• Work closely with regional sales teams to qualify and develop opportunities.
