Job summary

Orion Electrotech is seeking an Internal Sales Executive in Cheltenham to manage customer enquiries, generate quotations, and coordinate orders through to delivery. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to drive sales opportunities and deliver exceptional service.

This role emphasizes building lasting customer relationships, managing projects, and turning enquiries into profitable business, within a growing team in the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months' experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support, Sales Executive, Account Management, or Customer Service.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication and able to liaise with customers and suppliers.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and produce quotations.
• Coordinate orders and oversee projects from enquiry to delivery.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, warehouses and external sales colleagues.
• Monitor stock availability and lead times to meet deadlines.
• Deliver proactive communication and provide sales support throughout the buying journey.
