Avenue Scotland in Kirkcaldy is seeking an Inside Sales Adviser to join the Sales and Customer Service team. Reporting into the Inside Sales Manager, you will demonstrate selling competency and strong organisational skills while delivering a professional sales experience to prospects and customers, upholding the company’s services and values at all times.

The role is Monday to Friday, office-based, with a basic salary up to £33,000 per annum plus bonuses (OTE £40k) and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, either telephone based or face to face.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell to increase margin.

Responsibilities

• Complete quote follow ups for orders below 2000 in revenue.
• Adapt quotations to maximise profitability through upsell and cross-sell.
• Accountable for sales activity and CRM data accuracy.
• Record quotes and feedback in CRM for team access.
• Follow up quotations promptly to maximise opportunities.
• Process sales orders quickly and accurately.
• Keep CRM data updated with machines and customer categories.
