Job summary

Designer Contracts in Falkirk is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive new business and grow existing accounts across building, housing, healthcare, education and commercial sectors. You will use our CRM to track opportunities, manage follow-ups and convert enquiries into orders.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, commercially aware and comfortable navigating multiple market segments to maximise sales and profit.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers across all sectors
• Follow up sales enquiries and close the deal promptly
• Be commercially aware of customer and competitor activity
• Ensure pricing and quotations are accurate, well presented, submitted on time and include pricing criteria and T&Cs
• Respond to and follow up all sales enquiries

Job description

Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team based in Falkirk.

Job Objective

An absolute focus on sales to maximise business by bringing in new customers and growing existing ones across all sectors and product groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the business constantly acquires new customers across all sectors
• Ensure all sales enquiries are followed up promptly and followed through to conclusion.
• Be commercially aware of customer and competitor activity.
• Ensure pricing and quotations are accurate, well presented, submitted on time and include pricing criteria and T&Cs.
• Responding to and following up all sales enquiries

You will be using our CRM system which enables timely follow-ups, accurate opportunity tracking and clear visibility of sales activity and order tracking.

The ideal candidate will be visiting a number of market sectors including, new build, rental properties, social housing, health care, care homes, education, hospitality and leisure, housing associations, commercial office and local authorities.

We are looking for a confident, proactive individual who is self-motivated and forward thinking in their approach to maximise sales and profit.
