You will deliver excellent service by phone, face-to-face in branch or via email, while growing your portfolio and supporting the wider branch team in trade counter duties and warehouse tasks.

• Experience in a customer-focused sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Customer-centric approach with proactive business development.
• Self-starter who can work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an existing portfolio of customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent sales service to key customers by phone, in-branch, or via email to drive loyalty.
• Support the branch team including trade counter duties and order picking/packing to ensure timely fulfilment.
