Job summary

Trulife in the United Kingdom seeks an Inside Sales Executive to drive sales growth through proactive telephone and digital engagement with NHS, private healthcare, mobility, orthotics and distributor customers from their Sheffield base.

You will collaborate with the external sales team, customer service and operations to deliver an excellent customer experience, manage quotations, and support launches of new products and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in internal sales or account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts through phone, email and video contact.
• Build strong relationships with NHS, private healthcare, mobility, orthotics and distributor customers.
• Generate new sales opportunities from campaigns, customer enquiries and prospecting activity.
• Follow up leads and convert opportunities into orders.
• Support tender submissions and pricing proposals where required.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and customer activity records; provide market intelligence.
