Tangerine Search is seeking a Medical Devices Sales professional to cover East Midlands, Lincolnshire, and Bedfordshire. You must reside on territory and hold a UK driving license, with travel as needed to NHS and private sector accounts.

Lead regional selling efforts, develop plans, and train stakeholders to improve product adoption across gynecology, GI, urology, and surgical portfolios. This role demands independence and strong collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices sales, with hospital theatres exposure.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales plan.

• Manage and negotiate contracts, pricing, and tenders with senior leadership.
• Provide clinical support, training, and market access insights.
• Maintain relationships with decision-makers, finance managers, and clinicians.
• Monitor competitive activity and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.

A Medical Devices Sales role with a leading Medical Devices distributor, partnering exclusively with a choice selection of European medical equipment manufacturers.

The product portfolio includes Laparoscopic Instruments, Gastric Bougies, Endoscopes and Imaging, Flexible Endoscopes, Endo Urology / BPH, Patient Positioning, Surgical Retraction, within Gynaecology, Lower GI / Colorectal, Urology, Upper GI / Bariatrics and Robotics

Job Purpose

Key responsibilities include:

• Achieve regional sales plan.
• Identify and engage key accounts, KOLs, and stakeholders in the NHS and private sectors.
