Job summary

Tangerine Search is recruiting for a Medical Devices Sales professional to cover East Midlands, Lincolnshire, Bedfordshire on-territory. The role focuses on selling into NHS and private hospitals with a portfolio including laparoscopic instruments, endoscopes, and imaging devices.

You will engage key accounts, manage contracts and tenders, and provide clinical support to drive adoption while traveling across the territory and aligning with senior leadership on budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience selling medical devices, including hospital theatre environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of national/local health care systems.
• Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel.

• Achieve regional sales plan.
• Identify and engage key accounts, KOLs, and stakeholders in NHS and private sectors.
• Develop and implement project plans to achieve sales and market penetration.
• Manage and negotiate contracts, pricing, and tenders with senior leadership.
• Provide clinical support, training, and market access insights to enhance product adoption.
• Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and referring clinicians.
• Monitor competitive activity and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.

A Medical Devices Sales role with a leading Medical Devices distributor, partnering exclusively with a choice selection of European medical equipment manufacturers.

The product portfolio includes Laparoscopic Instruments, Gastric Bougies, Endoscopes and Imaging, Flexible Endoscopes, Endo Urology / BPH, Patient Positioning, Surgical Retraction, within Gynaecology, Lower GI / Colorectal, Urology, Upper GI / Bariatrics and Robotics

Job Purpose

Key responsibilities include:

• Achieve regional sales plan.
• Identify and engage key accounts, KOLs, and stakeholders in the NHS and private sectors.

• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
