Watlow is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to manage a defined customer portfolio in Worthing, UK. You will blend commercial focus with technical insight to drive revenue, while ensuring high customer satisfaction across the buying cycle.

You’ll work closely with Direct Sales, Technical Teams and Shared Services, qualifying inbound requests and proposing technical and commercial solutions. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, managing orders through delivery, and maintaining robust

Qualificações

• Experience in industrial B2B sales and customer-facing roles.
• Ability to coordinate technical and commercial solutions for clients.
• Experience with CRM/ERP and data-driven sales support.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of Inside Sales clients and build lasting relationships.
• Act as primary contact for customers and coordinate with Direct Sales and Technical Teams.
• Prepare quotes, set discounts within DOA limits, and check margins and risks.
• Track orders and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
