Key Tasks
- Making outbound sales calls using leads generated through our data digital marketing team, also developing your own pipeline of customers
- Managing new and existing customer accounts
- Developing sales opportunities
- Cross selling between verticals
- Selling service cover for existing equipment
- Meeting / exceeding dynamic KPI’s set within the contact centre

Essential –

- Knowledge of all Microsoft office applications
Experience (what you have done)
Essential -
- Experience of outbound lead generation / telesales
- Experience of transactional sales, closing / winning sales (preferably on the phone)
- Experience of working in a customer-centric position over the phone
- Experience in account management

Essential -
- The ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, working to KPI’s such as revenue, volume of sales, dial time etc.
- Highly money / success motivated
