  • Experience of outbound lead generation / telesales.
  • Experience of transactional sales, closing / winning sales (preferably on the phone).
  • Experience of working in a customer-centric position over the phone.
  • Experience in account management.

  • Making outbound sales calls using leads generated through our data digital marketing team, also developing your own pipeline of customers
  • Managing new and existing customer accounts

  • Selling service cover for existing equipment
  • Meeting / exceeding dynamic KPI’s set within the contact centre
