STEMMER IMAGING in Tongham, Surrey, is seeking an Account Manager Inside Sales to drive new and existing business in a fast-paced tech environment. You will communicate with customers, prepare quotations, manage accounts in the CRM, and support monthly sales forecasting. A minimum of 3 years in a similar role and strong communication skills are essential.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Experience with lead qualification and outbound prospecting is preferred.
• Knowledge of machine vision is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and pricing proposals.
• Keep up to date with product, service and competitor information.
• Generate new business through outbound emails, prospecting calls and lead follow-ups.
• Manage transactional customer accounts.
• Support the Account Managers with monthly opportunities and sales forecasting.
• Maintain customer accounts and prospect information within the CRM system.
