Chapeltown Citizens Advice in Leeds is seeking a dedicated Advice Service Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients. The role supports a busy, client-focused service delivered between 9am and 5pm, with 36.25 hours per week on a fixed-term contract.
You will work under the Advice Service Manager, bringing strong communication and computer literacy to contribute to achieving service targets while upholding high standards of information and advice.

Responsible to: Advice Service Manager
Salary scale: £23,953 plus 5% pension contribution
Location: Chapeltown, Leeds
Purpose of post: You will be the first point of contact for clients who contact us. This is a busy service, prioritising callers from across Leeds or via our face to face drop in service. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player who can help drive forward the service. You will have effective communication skills and an ability to work proactively to our targets, both individually and within a team, along with being able to demonstrate effective computer literacy
Hours per week: 36.25 hours per week
Type of contract: Fixed Term to 30/09/27 with potential to extend
