Job summary

North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking an Information, Performance and Feedback Officer to join the Business Practice and Performance Service. You will shape information governance, performance assurance and feedback processes, turning data into insights to drive service improvements and transparency for residents.

You will coordinate information access requests, develop performance dashboards, and support learning actions from feedback and Ombudsman findings.

Qualifications

• Experience in information governance, performance, assurance or related function.
• Analytical thinker able to interpret complex data and trends.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
