Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a Data Analyst (Performance Support Officer) in Lincoln with hybrid working. You will design and develop BI solutions using Power BI to transform raw data into actionable insights for the Family Adoption Links Team.

You will collab with partner agencies, validate data for reports, and support statutory returns on adoption data, presenting findings to stakeholders and ensuring data integrity across services.

Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI essential.
• Ability to translate raw data into business intelligence.
• Collaborate with partner agencies to gather requirements.
• Present analysis to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and implement BI solutions using Power BI.
• Validate data and ensure accuracy of reports.
• Coordinate data required for statutory returns for adoption work.
• Submit adopter level data to Adoption England.
• Create and maintain data models and workflows.
• Produce clear documentation of data processes.
