Lincolnshire-Police OPCC is seeking a Research and Performance Officer to turn data into insight, challenge senior leaders constructively and support governance and evidence-based decision making.

You will work closely with the Police and Crime Commissioner, Deputy PCC, Chief Executive and senior leaders to ensure effective governance, robust performance oversight and informed decision making in Lincolnshire.
