Job summary

One Manchester is seeking a Performance and Insight Manager to shape how performance information and insight drive service improvements. You will lead the IIP Business Partnering team, oversee reporting frameworks, dashboards and deep‑dive analyses, and turn data into clear recommendations for senior leaders to support decisions.

You’ll manage priorities, capacity and delivery across the team, acting as a trusted adviser to shape strategy, governance and evidence‑based action to improve services

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading performance, insight, BI or analytics teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IIP Business Partnering team and set priorities.
• Ensure high‑quality performance reporting, BI, customer insight, and analytics services.
• Provide expert interpretation of data, trends, risks and customer voice for strategy.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and offer evidence‑based recommendations.
• Oversee dashboards, KPIs and insight products with a focus on accuracy and improvement.
• Lead benchmarking, regulatory reporting and assurance activities.
