Job summary

Bovis is recruiting an Information Manager for an Isle of Sheppey based public sector project. Initially based at the Euston office, the role will move on site after pre-construction.

You will develop and maintain our information management strategy, ensuring IDP/TIDP/MIDP delivery and robust information governance across teams and external partners. Lead in establishing digital information processes, foster strong client and contractor relationships, and drive training to ensure all staff

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM standards, including ISO 19650.
• Hands-on knowledge of Viewpoint 4P or similar systems.
• CSCS card holder and construction-site awareness.
• Detail-oriented with strong process-management capabilities.
• Experience in bid teams and pre-construction planning.
• Ability to adapt methods to changing project needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project information management strategy.
• Lead delivery of IDP, TIDP and MIDP in coordination with the team.
• Ensure information security and high-quality information governance.
• Build external relationships with clients and contractors to optimise delivery.
• Coach staff and collaborators to ensure compliance with information requirements.
