Job summary

BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting an Information Manager for the HS2 Track infrastructure project. You would be based in London or Birmingham with occasional client visits, and flexible working considered after an initial integration period.

The role focuses on information management, ISO19650 delivery, and coordinating with DPS and IT for digital systems, training, and compliance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience or potential to lead in a team environment.
• Strong time management and goal-oriented discipline.
• Knowledge of ISO19650 series and digital information management.
• Experience with tender submissions and prequalification processes.
• Understanding of construction industry practices and tendering.

Responsibilities

• Delivers pipeline and workload management to meet customer needs on tenders and projects, coordinating resources.
• Advise clients, ensuring their business requirements are met with exemplary plans, specifications, reviews, and controls.
• Implement process improvements on tenders and projects using digital tools.
• Lead the development of BAM’s ISO19650 standards and associated deliverables.
• Manage the Common Data Environment(s) and facilitate training and support for its use.
• Act as the information advisor to tender/project/contract teams and stakeholders to ensure ISO19650 standards are met.
