Job summary

WSP is seeking a skilled Information Management professional to oversee project information flows across major infrastructure programs in the UK. You will work with project teams and digital leads to embed standards and ensure quality, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams while supporting BEP, MIDP and TIDP documentation.

The role emphasizes ISO 19650 alignment, CDE governance, and a security-minded approach to data.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM environments and supporting Project Information Management activities.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both in person and digitally.
• Collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and contribute to solving problems.
• Degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
• Experience in a project/PMO environment, ideally across multidisciplinary teams.
• Working knowledge of Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Understanding or experience with ISO 19650 information management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support information management processes in line with ISO 19650 standards.
• Maintain and support the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Contribute to BEP, MIDP and TIDP documentation.
• Coordinate information exchange requirements across project teams and stakeholders.
• Support implementation of information standards with BIM Managers/Digital Leads.
• Apply security-minded data governance and access controls.
• Provide guidance on information management systems and processes.
• Assist QA activities to ensure compliance with standards.
• Review, control, and distribute project information per ISO naming conventions.
