Bovis is recruiting an Information Manager with ACC experience for a commercial refurbishment project in Central London. Initially while in pre-construction, you will be based in our London Euston office and, when the project goes live, on site in the Kings Cross area.

You will lead the information management strategy, drive digital delivery, and ensure that the right information is available to the right people at the right time while maintaining information security and quality across the

Qualifications

• First-hand ACC EDMS knowledge and hands-on IM experience.
• Strong information management processes and standards.
• Good knowledge of ISO 19650 and UK BIM standards.
• CSCS card holder and construction industry familiarity.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project information management strategy across projects.
• Lead and communicate digital and information management processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of information management outputs for client and company.
• Create and implement training plans for staff on IM requirements.
• Manage information delivery, ensuring right information reaches the right people.
• Support information security aligned with client requirements.
• Promote quality management and flag issues early.
• Coach and develop project team through mentoring and resource planning.
