Bovis is recruiting an Information Manager for our Public Sector team on a major project in Gloucester. You will lead information management strategy, ensure delivery of IDP/TIDP/MIDP, and drive digital processes across the project.

The role requires hands-on experience with Viewpoint 4P, ISO 19650 knowledge, and strong leadership to coach staff and subcontractors in information management practices while adhering to safety and security requirements.

Formación

• First-hand knowledge/experience of Viewpoint 4P and similar systems.
• Hands on experience with Information Management processes.
• Good knowledge of ISO 19650, and other relevant UK BIM standards.
• CSCS card holder.
• Good knowledge of construction industry.
• Detail focussed and meticulous with process management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with trust and confidence.
• Understanding of programme duration and sequencing of works of relevant aspects of construction.
• Experienced with and capable of being part of a bid team and undertaking pre-construction planning.
• Demonstrate an ability to be flexible in adapting working methods to project needs.

Responsabilidades

• Procedure and protocols – develop and maintain project information management strategy including IDP, TIDP and MIDP.
• Provide leadership in establishing and communicating digital and information management processes.
• Manage digital and information management delivery in a timely manner to maximise client and Bovis outcomes.
• Create training plans and ensure staff understand and can deliver information management requirements.
• Information Management - drive the project to ensure right information is available to the right people.
• Ensure information security aligns with client requirements.
• Ensure quality is consistently high and proactively identify quality issues.
• Accountable for safety compliance across staff and contractors with required records/reports.
• Recognise and reward safe behaviours and practices.
• Build and maintain external relationships to enhance networks and manage performance and development of the project team.
