Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Information Management professional to oversee BIM-enabled information governance across major UK infrastructure projects. You will work with project teams and digital leads to embed standards and support delivery, ensuring consistent information flows and compliance with ISO 19650.

Qualifications

• Experience working in BIM environments and supporting Project Information Management.
• Clear and confident communication across in-person and digital channels.
• Collaborative approach with willingness to learn and contribute to problem solving.
• Degree in environment, project management, engineering, science, building, or quantity surveying; or equivalent.
• Experience in a project or PMO environment with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support information management processes aligned to ISO 19650 standards.
• Maintain and support use of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Coordinate BEP, MIDP and TIDP documentation.
• Coordinate information exchange requirements across project teams and stakeholders.
• Support implementation of project information standards with BIM Managers / Digital Leads.
• Apply security-minded data governance and access controls.
• Provide guidance on information management systems and processes to project teams.
• Support quality assurance to ensure standards compliance.
• Review and distribute project information, drawings and models per ISO naming conventions.
