Job summary

Assystem GmbH seeks an Information Manager for a Defence-focused digital role in Glasgow. The role is on-site, supporting ISO 19650 BIM standards, CDE governance, and information management across multi-disciplinary teams.

You will develop EIRs, coordinate with contractors, and produce monthly Power BI reports to track project performance. Strong QA of CAD/BIM deliverables and effective stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM/Information Management processes.
Experience configuring and maintaining Common Data Environments (CDEs).
Proficient in BIM authoring and coordination tools like Revit and Navisworks.

Responsibilities

Developed and maintained EIRs; ensured alignment with standards and information management docs.
Liaised with contractors and supply chain for BIM deliverables and QA.
Produced monthly Power BI reports from the CDE for project performance insights.
Represented Information Management in project meetings and tracked actions.
Supported AIR, PIR, and OIR development.
QA reviews of CAD/BIM deliverables for compliance with standards.
Maintained and improved the project CDE; promoted BIM best practices.
Led model coordination and clash detection meetings to resolve design conflicts.
