Contract Type: Full time 37 hours per week/ 52 Weeks per year - Permanent. At times there will be a need to work a flexible pattern to meet the demands of the role.

Anglian Learning is pleased to share with you an exciting opportunity for an ICT Technician to join their Technical Services team, working from The Netherhall School & Oakes College.
The successful candidate will work across the Trust and take an active role in alignment projects, as part of new school onboarding, or with existing schools.
As an ICT Technician, you will provide high-quality first-line support to staff and students, helping to diagnose and resolve technical issues while maintaining a wide range of end user devices and digital services.
You will work with laptops, desktops, tablets, classroom technology, audio-visual equipment and helpdesk systems, ensuring users receive excellent customer service and reliable technical support.
The role offers the opportunity to develop and apply a broad range of technical skills, contributing to infrastructure projects, software deployments, system maintenance and user training across multiple school sites. Working closely with colleagues throughout the Trust, you will help support modern educational technology environments while maintaining high standards of security, compliance and professional practice.
