Outwood Academy Redcar is seeking an ICT Technician to join the ICT support team. The role involves handling helpdesk calls, providing first-line support to staff and students, and helping maintain ICT rooms and equipment.
The successful candidate should have good hardware and software knowledge, be highly organized, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in ICT support is advantageous.

Salary (Actual Salary): £27,254 - £28,142 (Grade 5, SCP 9 - 11)
Outwood Academy Redcar welcomes students aged 11-16, located in the coastal town of Redcar near Middlesbrough in the North-East region.

We invite applications from enthusiastic and flexible ICT support specialists to join our existing ICT support team. The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of general hardware and software as well as being highly organised and having excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team is essential and experience of working in an ICT support role or similar would be an advantage.
