Anglian Learning is seeking an ICT Technician to join the Technical Services team, working from The Netherhall School & Oakes College. The role covers trust-wide onboarding and ongoing support for staff and students across multiple sites.

You will diagnose and resolve issues, manage laptops, desktops, tablets and classroom technology, ensuring reliable end-user support and strong security practices.

Qualifications

• Relevant Microsoft qualifications or equivalent, practical experience.
• Experience working in a tech support role.
• In-depth knowledge of ICT hardware, software & networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality first-line support to staff and students.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across devices and services.
• Assist with infrastructure projects, software deployments, and user training.
